The Citroën Advance Apprenticeship Programme (CAAP) is designed to match young people like you with employment opportunities in one of our network of Citroën dealerships. This training leads you to gain S/NVQ level 3, a nationally recognised qualification. Throughout your Citroën Advanced Apprenticeship Programme (CAAP), you will be provided with ongoing support to ensure you learn as much as possible during this exciting time.
Citroën delivers this training in partnership with industry training providers. As a young person who has recently left school, you are probably thinking about your next steps. If you’re looking for a job, but also want to gain further qualifications, look no further than the CAAP. Regardless of which discipline you choose, you will be able to enjoy certain Citroën-only benefits to help you on your way, including dedicated Citroën classrooms and workshops in one of our Citroën Apprentice Training Centres (CATC).
Citroen Apprentice Training Centres
These are in Glasgow, Doncaster and Citroën’s UK headquarters in Slough. You will also have the opportunity to visit the Citroën headquarters during your apprenticeship. All 3rd year learners will undertake the adult Citroën courses at headquarters before they complete the programme; these include petrol and diesel injection and electrical diagnostic courses. All of these facilities are ‘alive with technology’ and are fully equipped with up to date diagnostic equipment and tooling. The tutors are fully trained experienced technicians; they also attend all the update training that Citroën technicians undergo. This means their knowledge is continuously improved and updated to ensure you are taught the latest innovations in vehicle technology. These CATCs are also used by fully qualified Citroën technicians for update training when new or updated Citroën vehicles are released. You will be trained on the latest Citroën vehicles, including the innovative C4, the star of the ‘dancing car’ advert.
